Loyalty Terms and Conditions

These Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the WRK loyalty program (the “Program”). By creating an account, enrolling in, or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms, as well as any other applicable terms, policies, and conditions on our website.

WRK reserves the right to interpret and apply these Terms in its sole discretion.

1. Program Overview

The Program is offered by WRK to reward eligible customers for engaging with the brand and making qualifying purchases. Members may earn points on eligible activities and redeem those points for rewards, subject to these Terms.

The Program is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. The Program is void where prohibited by law.

2. Eligibility

The Program is available to individuals who:

  • are legal residents of the United States, unless otherwise stated by WRK;
  • are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their state of residence; and

create and maintain a valid customer account on the WRK website.

Only one account is permitted per individual. Duplicate accounts, accounts created using false information, or accounts created for fraudulent or abusive purposes may be suspended or terminated at any time.

3. Enrollment

Eligible customers may enroll in the Program by creating an account on the WRK website or by otherwise joining through an approved Program sign-up method.

You are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate account information, including your email address and any other information required for Program administration. WRK is not responsible for points, rewards, or benefits lost due to inaccurate or outdated account information.

4. Earning Points

Members may earn points on eligible purchases and other qualifying actions designated by WRK from time to time.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Members earn 1point for every $1.00 spent on eligible merchandise purchases.
  • Points are calculated based on the merchandise subtotal only.
  • Taxes, shipping charges, duties, fees, gift card purchases, and other excluded charges do not earn points.
  • Points may also be awarded for certain non-purchase activities, such as creating an account, subscribing to email or SMS, submitting a product review, celebrating a birthday, referrals, or other promotional engagement opportunities, if and when offered.

WRK may, in its sole discretion, offer bonus point events, limited-time multipliers, or other special earning opportunities. Such offers may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.

Points will only be awarded for qualifying transactions and actions that are completed in accordance with the Program rules. WRK may delay the posting of points, including to account for order processing, return windows, fraud review, or technical processing.

5. Exclusions from Earning

Points will not be earned on:

  • Taxes, shipping, or other service-related charges
  • Gift card purchases
  • Orders or items specifically excluded from the Program
  • Refunded, cancelled, declined, or fraudulent transactions; or any purchase made in violation of these Terms.

WRK may also exclude certain products, categories, promotions, or channels from point accrual at any time.

6. Redeeming Points

Points may be redeemed for eligible rewards offered through the Program, which may include discount codes, free shipping, or other benefits determined by WRK.

Unless otherwise specified:

  • Points may only be redeemed by the account holder through their own enrolled account
  • Points are non-transferable and may not be shared, pooled, or combined across accounts
  • Points may not be redeemed for cash, store credit, or cash equivalents
  • Rewards may only be used on eligible purchases and may be subject to minimum purchase requirements or other restrictions; and once points are redeemed for a reward, the redemption may not be reversed except as required by law or expressly permitted by WRK.

WRK reserves the right to set or modify redemption thresholds, reward values, eligible reward types, and usage limits at any time.

7. Reward Limitations and Promotion Stacking

Rewards issued through the Program may not be combined with other offers, discounts, coupon codes, or promotional pricing unless WRK expressly allows it.

During certain sitewide sales, automatic promotions, or other specified events, the use of loyalty rewards may be restricted or disabled. Regular markdowns or sale pricing may or may not be eligible for reward redemption, depending on the specific promotion and offer terms in effect at the time of purchase.

WRK reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a loyalty reward may be combined with any other offer.

8. Points Expiration

All unredeemed points will expire on a rolling basis for customers who have not engaged in points activity for 1 year (365 days) or more, unless otherwise stated by WRK

For purposes of these Terms, “activity” may include earning points, redeeming points, or another qualifying Program interaction as determined by WRK. Expired points will be removed from the member’s account and cannot be reinstated except at WRK’s sole discretion.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Adjustments

If an order or item that earned points is returned, refunded, cancelled, or otherwise reversed, the corresponding points may be deducted from the member’s account.

If a reward was used on a purchase that is later returned or refunded, WRK may:

  • adjust the refund amount to reflect the value of the reward used
  • deduct points associated with the refunded transaction; and/or void any reward, discount, or benefit connected to that transaction.

If a return or adjustment causes a member’s point balance to fall below zero, WRK reserves the right to offset that negative balance against future earned points or take other corrective action.

10. Referrals and Promotional Activities

If WRK offers referral rewards or other promotional earning opportunities, such offers are subject to additional terms presented at the time of the offer.

Referral activity must be personal, legitimate, and for non-commercial purposes only. Self-referrals, fake accounts, bulk referrals, spam, or any other abusive or deceptive referral behavior are prohibited and may result in disqualification, reversal of points, or account termination.

11. VIP Tiers and Status Benefits

WRK may offer tier-based Program benefits based on purchase activity, point accumulation, or other criteria determined by WRK.

Tier names, qualification thresholds, benefits, timing, and retention rules may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Tier benefits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

12. No Cash Value; Non-Transferability

Points, rewards, tier status, and Program benefits:

  • have no cash value
  • are not property
  • cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, exchanged, or inherited; and may only be used by the member to whom they are issued.

Any attempted transfer, sale, or unauthorized use may result in forfeiture.

13. Fraud, Abuse, and Account Suspension

WRK reserves the right to monitor participation in the Program and to suspend, revoke, or terminate any account, points, rewards, or Program benefits if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a member has:

  • violated these Terms
  • engaged in fraud, abuse, or misconduct
  • provided false or misleading information
  • created duplicate accounts
  • manipulated the Program in an unauthorized manner; or otherwise acted in a way inconsistent with the intended operation of the Program.

WRK’s decisions regarding Program enforcement, point balances, and eligibility are final, subject to applicable law.

14. Program Changes and Termination

WRK may modify, suspend, restrict, or terminate the Program, or any aspect of it, at any time and in its sole discretion, including:

  • the ways points are earned
  • the rate at which points are earned
  • eligible actions or purchases
  • point expiration rules
  • reward options and redemption values
  • tier qualifications and benefits; and overall Program availability.

Any changes will become effective when posted to the website or otherwise communicated by WRK. Continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If the Program is terminated, unused points and rewards may be forfeited unless otherwise required by law.

15. Communications

By participating in the Program, you agree to receive Program-related communications from WRK, including emails and other notifications regarding your account, points balance, rewards, tier status, and Program updates.

Program-related communications are separate from marketing communications and may be sent even if you have opted out of promotional messaging, to the extent permitted by law.

16. Privacy

Any personal information collected in connection with the Program will be handled in accordance with the WRK Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies posted on the website.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WRK and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Program, including participation in the Program, the inability to earn or redeem points, reward availability, account suspension, or Program changes.

WRK makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Program, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability, except as required by law.

18. Errors and Technical Issues

WRK is not responsible for technical malfunctions, system outages, delayed postings, lost data, unauthorized account access, or other errors affecting Program administration.

WRK reserves the right to correct any errors in point balances, reward values, or account activity at any time, even if such correction affects pending or completed redemptions.

19. Governing Terms

These Terms apply specifically to the WRK Loyalty Program and form part of the overall Terms & Conditions of the WRK website. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any general site terms, WRK will determine which terms control with respect to the Program, to the extent permitted by law.
